3D CAD Modelling of Mechanical Components

After receiving your unique part specifications, I create an assembly concept and produce a comprehensive set of blueprints and assembly drawings utilizing the SolidWorks CAD system. By modeling parts and assemblies, I generate 2D drawings with ease. Additionally, I perform motion analysis, allowing you to visualize your product in motion and assess its mechanical performance before production. This helps to minimize costly mistakes and unnecessary expenses.

These drawings are communicated to you, your suppliers, or your machine shop. Manufacturing Drawings are also known as Production Drawings or Blueprints. A complete set of Manufacturing Drawings include all the information required for production. No questions should be left unanswered. These drawings are split into two main categories.

  2. Assembly Drawings.

Computational Fluid Dynamics

Computational fluid dynamics, or CFD, is a technology that simulates the interaction of liquids and gases with surfaces by performing millions of numerical calculations.
I Use the latest CFD flow modeling techniques, and I have the ability to provide in-depth engineering analysis of complex gas and fluid flows, including detailed flow characteristics like velocity, pressure, turbulence, temperature, and species concentration for internal or external flows. I also can model multiphase flow, particle tracking, evaporation, combustion, convection, conduction, and radiation heat transfer.

Weldment

Weldment design

I can help you to design complex welded or bolted structures with pipes or tubing that include developing a weldment structure as a single multibody part, sketching the basic framework, creating structural members with groups of sketch segments, and adding elements like gussets and end caps to complete the structure.

With our thermal analysis, I will take your design to the next level to ensure that every component and assembly performs properly within expected temperature ranges and spot safety issues before they arise.
By conducting vibration analysis on your design, you will uncover potential issues early and adjust during the design phase. I can identify trouble spots that could cause problems (such as resonance, fatigue, and assembly techniques) and avoid costly rework and delays during the prototype phase.
I help you to identify the product's natural frequency and response under vibratory loading (vibration), whether the input is sinusoidal or random.
